GX Executive Ltd, trading as GX Executive And Taxi, is a private hire and executive car company serving Gerrards Cross and South Buckinghamshire. GX Executive Ltd is registered in England & Wales (company number 17101637; registered office 64a Broad Street, Chesham, HP5 3DX) and is the “data controller” for the personal information you provide to us. Information We Collect
When you request a quote or make a booking, we collect the information you give us, typically your name, email address, phone number and journey details (pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, flight numbers and any special requirements). We do not collect more than we need to provide our service.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide quotes, arrange and fulfil your bookings, communicate with you about your journey, and keep records of the services we have provided. We may contact you regarding a booking you have made. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Lawful Basis
We process your information to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you (providing the transport you book), and for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business. Where required, we rely on your consent.
Sharing Your Information
We share information only as needed to provide our service, and only with these providers:
- Web3Forms delivers the quote and booking forms on our website to our inbox. It receives what you type into the form (name, phone, email and journey details).
- Photon (by Komoot) powers the address suggestions on our homepage and contact forms. When you type at least three characters into a pickup or destination field, that text is sent to Photon to suggest matching UK addresses.
- OpenStreetMap Nominatim is used only if you press “Use my location”. Your browser asks your permission first; if you agree, your coordinates are sent to Nominatim to look up the nearest street address.
- Google Maps shows an embedded map on some pages. The map only loads when you scroll it into view, and Google may then process your IP address and set its own cookies.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there, handles that conversation under its own terms.
Each provider processes limited data in line with its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we may disclose information where required by law.
Cookies
Our website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded Google Map may set its own cookies once it loads. You can read more on our Cookie Policy page and control cookies through your browser settings.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your Rights
Under data protection law you have rights including the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
