The terms on which GX Executive And Taxi provides its taxi, airport transfer and executive car services.
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with GX Executive And Taxi (“we”, “us”, “our”), a private hire and executive car company based in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. By booking a journey with us you agree to these terms.
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email or via our online enquiry form. We recommend booking airport transfers and executive cars at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, though we will always try to accommodate short-notice and immediate requests. A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it and agreed a price with you.
All fares are fixed and quoted in advance, there is no meter and no surge pricing. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, provided the journey details do not change. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, significant waiting time beyond any free allowance, additional passengers or luggage beyond what was booked, or cleaning required as a result of soiling. We accept the payment methods advised at the time of booking.
For airport collections we monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pickup accordingly at no extra charge. We include a reasonable free waiting period for international arrivals to allow for passport control and baggage reclaim; charges may apply for waiting beyond this. Meet-and-greet is available on request. While we plan every journey to allow ample time, we cannot accept responsibility for missed flights caused by circumstances beyond our control (see clause 8).
You may cancel or amend a booking by contacting us as early as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable notice are free of charge. For cancellations at very short notice, or where a driver has already been dispatched, a charge may apply to cover our costs. We will always discuss this with you.
A short period of free waiting time is included on local pickups. Where you ask the driver to wait beyond this, or beyond any agreed time, a waiting charge may apply at the rate advised to you.
Please let us know the number of passengers and items of luggage when booking so we can provide a suitable vehicle. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. We ask passengers to behave reasonably and not to endanger the driver or vehicle; we reserve the right to end a journey where conduct is abusive or unsafe. Charges may apply for any damage or soiling caused.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays, missed connections or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, severe weather or incorrect details provided to us. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Please check the vehicle for personal belongings before leaving. If you believe you have left something in one of our vehicles, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to reunite you with it.
GX Executive And Taxi operates as a licensed private hire company. Our vehicles are fully insured for private hire use and our drivers are licensed and DBS-checked. Our private hire operator licence details are available on request.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
